  • For a healthy and refreshing bee pollen smoothie, process 1-2 tablespoons of bee pollen granules, 2 cups of orange juice, half of ripe mango, 1 banana, 10 almonds, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of pepper into a blender until smooth and creamy.
