When will my package be delivered?

We ship out orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. To assure all items are being shipped on time, our cut-off for receiving & processing is 2PM (PHT). Expected time of delivery is 3 to 5 business days via J&T Express. Please note, we are not liable/responsible for any shipping delays that may be affected by natural occurrences, air/land transportation strikes/delays, and Holiday delays.

Once your order has been shipped, please expect a SMS & Email from Roarganics with your tracking number. Please allow J&T Express 24 hours after you have received the tracking number to be updated with your orders’ whereabouts.
