How Can I get in touch with your Customer Service team and when should I expect a response?
For customer service inquiries only, please email email@example.com. Our Customer Service Team is available from 8:30AM to 5PM (PHT). We will get back to you within 48 hours. Please expect a delay in response during holidays, promotions, and immediately following restocks. Kindly send your complete name & order reference number given.
Can I refund my shipping fee?
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
When will my package be delivered?
We ship out orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. To assure all items are being shipped on time, our cut-off for receiving & processing is 2PM (PHT). Expected time of delivery is 3 to 5 business days via J&T Express. Please note, we are not liable/responsible for any shipping delays that may be affected by natural occurrences, air/land transportation strikes/delays, and Holiday delays.
Once your order has been shipped, please expect a SMS & Email from Roarganics with your tracking number. Please allow J&T Express 24 hours after you have received the tracking number to be updated with your orders’ whereabouts.
