He’s a simple pre and post workout recovery drink recipe:
1-2 tablespoons brown rice protein
1-2 tablespoons pea protein
1 teaspoon maca powder
1-2 ripe bananas
8 oz cold water
Your choice of sweetener to taste
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Drink a serving 30 minutes to an hour prior to working out, and another within 30 minutes from the end of your workout session.
